Washington, D.C. (AHN) - A consortium of big tech companies, including Microsoft, Google, Dell, HP, Intel, and Phillips, would like to introduce high-speed Internet access to consumers, utilizing TV airwaves. However, the FCC has to discern whether the service would not "bleed outside its designated channels and interfere with existing broadcasts."
